JCMM 2025

The 18th edition of the Journées de Caractérisation Microondes et Matériaux (JCMM), a biannual congress of the microwave and materials science communities, will be organized in 2025 by the Laboratoire Hubert Curien in Saint-Etienne.

BandeauLogoThis three-day conference will feature joint oral and poster sessions, with the aim of presenting recent scientific advances in fields ranging from materials to the design and implementation of innovative devices. The fields covered include telecommunications, the environment, biology and health, with wavelengths ranging from metric to submillimetric. The JCMMs provide a forum for interdisciplinary discussion, making it possible to consolidate the important links between the "Microwaves" and "Materials" themes and to promote new interactions, oriented towards societal needs, particularly in information and communication.

The 18th edition of the JCMM will take place at Télécom Saint Etienne.

The organizers are very pleased to welcome the participants of these days and expect a large representation of the many French laboratories involved in the theme of the congress. Doctoral students will be encouraged to take part in JCMM2025, with the award of a student excellence prize for the best oral and poster presentation.
Industrialists are also invited to take part in JCMM2025 to present their activities or exhibit their products covering current technologies relevant to the needs of the scientific community.

Communications are mainly in French. Given the international scope of the event, contributions in English are welcome.
